Term:
Chili Bowl

- Tony
Explanation:
Term Tony used to describe the state of John's toilet bowl on Diamond Street. Indeed, it did look like an empty bowl with chili residue.

You guys should look down here once in awhile for some of the great terms that have been our vernacular for years. It's quite nostalgic, even the ones I initialy found offensive but true at the time.

What I remember is how mad you used to get at even the mention of this term. You would maintain "But I ain't like that no more!" - meaning you cleaned your toilets with some frequency. But we weren't accusing you of STILL maintaining a chili bowl, merely once having had one was enough to make us laugh.

Man, I remember when I coined the phrase and the sight of the toilet still haunts me. What's more is the bowl remained in that state for multiple visits.

I'll never forget "I don't want to shit in the chili!" You were terrified.

By the way, I'd like to mention that Serba's mug has been added to the front page, for those who haven't noticed.
