Nice house. I don't want too sound critical but I think something is missing. How about some paint asshole! Some grass on the lawn would help too.

Looks like a nice place, Jack. Also in Lowell, I assume? Will there be additional gaming room? Are you also wiring the place with CAT-5? These are the important questions.

April 10 is the closing date. The cool thing is that my brother works for the builder and is allowed to do a lot of the stuff on his own. So I get to Barbie it up for a little less (like a bigger deck). My big job? Tile. About 300 square ft of it (the entry, half bath, utility room, kitchen and both bathrooms upstairs). Never done it before either. But hey, I never did wood flooring before either and that turned out ok. We sold our existing house too (closed last week). And it's sweet because the new owners don't need it right away (they gotta sell their Texas home) so we're gonna rent our old house til we move into the new one! No double move! Ninja sweet!

I used Barbie it up today. Its a sweet saying. I had to barbie up my coffee with some sugar... It has many uses!
