This is a Jonny Bells I've never seen before, Ive seen him skinny and Ive seen him strong but I've never seen him combine both forms simultaneously. Very Impressive! Most impressive is the suave on-the-town gear.

Very impressive!  Though I've said it before, tank tops are not to be worn outside the gym or the beach.  Any thing else is uncivilized.  On the other hand, Bells could go and carve some slashes in his head and he'd have a great Halloween costume:

I think Johnny 'Thin Mint' Bells would look really sharp in a polo with a belted pair of khakis.  The shirt would emphasize the shoulders and arms whist the belt narrows the waist.  Plus, you might get picked to star in a Dockers (TM) ad! Ross - Good call for Halloween.  When I watched the movie, I thought he was the sweetest old man in the world.

Fatty, I did buy myself some new polo's, my old ones fit me like a tent. I also got new pants, fitting in 31 with room to spare. I gave away all my 38 pants. I walked from the gym to free comic day hence the attire. Melissa had to use our only working car to go to work, Zilla picked me up and dropped me off at the gym. I wasn't going to walk 2 miles home to change and then walk 2.5 miles back to Rookies.

By the way Bells/Zilla, I think you need another "after" pic of Johnny similar to the couple you have in the comic store.  I've shown the above picture to a couple of my friends who know Johnny (Hirsch and Fregly) and they are suitably impressed.  But a proper before and after would be even better, I think!

I was thinking I wanted to be 170 lbs for my next shirtless pic. I've been hanging at 171 to 173 lbs for the past 2 weeks. I think I'll buckle down and get to 170 in the next week or so and do a proper follow up pic.
