Ok, there's a GREEN LANTERN movie coming so I figured we better get it it's topic.  Ryan Reynolds has been cast as Hal, Martin Campbell (Casino Royale) is the director, Geoff Johns is a consultant... and Johns is sweet, particularly his Green Lantern stuff! Here's a cool article with Johns from Wired .  Let the excitement begin!

I've actually been reading the Green Lantern and GLC books in batches.  Mr. Roth got me hooked. The real reason I posted is this though.  What will it take for us to get a picture of Bunky in a Power Girl suit?

Very sweet!  I recently watched the animated "Green Lantern: First Flight" which wasn't bad, and I'm also getting the Blackest Night stuff which I confess I don't fully understand but it seems sweet.

You want confusing, Bert?  Try the Legion of the 3 Worlds mini-series by Johns with art by Perez!  It involves the Legion of Super-Heroes (which I'm not real familar with), the Corps, Superboy-Prime and ends with Superboy (Connor Kent) returning.  I'm 3/5th in and I'm confused, but it (as you say) seems sweet. I full agree with Johns regarding GL and the richness of that universe.  And he's to credit for adding a ton of cool stuff to the GL mythos over the last few years.  I can't think of another established hero that's had that much newly established stuff added to it's arsenal.  From GL Rebirth on... Recommended.
