Bone, I have no idea where you find this stuff, but this is fucking HILARIOUS. You almost could have convinced me if it wasn't for the tattoos...

By the way, where the fuck is Johnnybells? He hasn't been on the site in a long time.

It's been about 2 months, yeah. I've stopped giving him shit - what can you do?

But I agree, at first glance I thought that was Roche too. But I think even Roche doesn't have arms THAT big.

Ha! That is pretty good Bone, considering you haven't seen Roche in a long time. The pic is a little too flattering for Roche. He wishes he looked that that. Hell, so do I!! That guy is only a six week program from being sweet!

I think he's eating some chicken, too, which is what Roche always seems to think everyone is eating. Apropriate.

That guy is bodybuilder Lee Priest during the off season.

Here's a pic when he tightens his diet up:

Now just think what JohnnyBells could achieve if he only had the determination to eat right.

On a related topic, I went to the doc twice this week to conduct a standard operational screening to make sure I'm good to go before I deploy. My blood pressure was 112/65 and my heart rate was 48 bpm. I have lost 10 lbs since Christmas. I attibute 90 percent of this to simply eating in moderation and laying of the bullshit food groups ie. burgers, fries, ice cream, pizza, etc.

Damn, that is mighty impressive, Bone, congrats. When/where are you going on deployment?

And it's amazing to see what people can do when they really try. I'll just settle to for getting more or less where I was two years ago, which actually ought to be pretty simple.

I like his style of eating in the off season. The biggest difference between me and him is I'm always in the off season.
