I think I now understand the "puffiness" of the costume and it's not going to be a problem. If you notice the training fight on the ice with Liam Neeson, they are both wearing the winged (and here, armored) gauntlets that Bruce will incorporate into his Batman outfit (perhaps they're good for climbing on ice as well as defensive?) Also they show Bruce spraypainting the armor that Wayne Industries created, and it's not "puffy" at all, in fact it looks quite sweet. So once again, I'm excited about this movie.
