Kevin Smith is one funny bastard.
Has anyone seen the video of him speaking at some college (I think it's A Conversation with Kevin Smith). There's a long part of it (about 30 minutes) where he talks about meeting and doing some work for Prince. It was going to be a documentary-type thing (but was never released, as with a lot of stuff, Prince apparently lost interest and just stuck it in his Vault). Anyways, he talks about the whole situation of meeting and working with Prince and it's just hilarious and absurd.
