During the course of my daily grind-induced boredom, I have decided to compile the ultimate list of nicknames for the core members of the site. If I missed you or missed one of your names, don't be offended, just add it in via comments.

You missed an evolutionary step between "Swerb" and "Slerp," that being, of course, the short-lived "Slerb."

Also, my friends at the record store at which I work have dubbed me Serb the Impaler because of my love of all things heavy metal.

I forgot one more for Roche: Johnny Crap Corn

Big Daddy Roche is evocative of "Raw Daddy Dog," another Roche term. So shouldn't there be a name for him like "Roche Daddy Dog"?

Morpheus:
Morpheous, Murfeous, Murphus, Murpus, Murphy, Murphyess, Murphy-ass, Muphy's Oil Soap, This Murphy Chick, Neo

I figure all her names are a worthy addition. ;-)

Ross:
Bert, Prebert, Pubert, Prepubert, are some of the new variations on Bert's nickname. Two more obvious variation just came to mind, Puberty and Prepuberty.

I get preburt, but what's up with Prebert? That doesn't even make sense to me. Please explain.

Ross also forgot a recent addition to his list of nicknames...Rossterbator! This does a good job of incorporating his name with one of his favorite pastimes!

<uproarious laughter>

From: John Entered on: June 1, 2003 11:13 PM
That was absolutely hilarious H-Bomb.

No need to explain Prebert, I just like it, nough said.

I would like to add that Heather did not invent this one - Fregly brought it to her attention. Though I believe the first time I heard this name was in junior high, though I don't know which kid came up with it.

One was just brought to my attention by Jeurge, Jamaca Rose seems to have been omitted. I always thought that was hilarious so I thought I'd add it here.

From: The Bone Entered on: June 17, 2003 2:57 PM
Explain Jamaca Rose?

From: John Entered on: June 17, 2003 3:20 PM
Apparently (I was not there) on the computer Ross's name came up as Rose for his reservations, thus Jamacan Rose.

That was it, actually like the bamboo incident, I must have been out of it because I wasn't even aware of this one until after the fact. But Williams was all ears and apparently thought it was hilarious so he kept using it. Actually my guess is that much like many dumbasses who have never heard the name "Ross" before, they pronounce it as "Rohs" - with a long "o", rather than as "Raws" which is correct. "Rohs" is close enough to "Rose" when spoken that it could have been construed that way. On the other hand, I really can't remember if the reservation did actually read "Rose." Fatty probably knows.

Just for the record, I prefer Johnny Chillidog which sounds cool. I do love a good chillidog with cheese and all fixings.

From: The Bone Entered on: October 16, 2003 12:33 PM
Noted.

From: BigFatty Entered on: October 16, 2003 3:24 PM
