| Well, Fatty-fans, this could be the end of Fatty-freedom as we know it. After 2 years and 8 months of employment-free living, Fatty is in the mist of final salary negotiations at Meijer. Yes, it is bittersweet for me. Meijer is my dream job - Alas, I will not be a bag boy, but a corporate stooge, at the beck and call of 'Da Man'. Gone will be the days of freedom, carefree living and random wake-up schedules. If things go well, I will start at Meijer June 20th as a Senior Market Research Analyst. As a last minute celebration of freedom, I am jetsetting over to San Francisco and LA for a long weekend with Zilla and his wife. The question is - Can I go back into the cage after running free? Can I be tamed after being feral? IF the check is big enough!!!!!! We shall see.... I might be found in front of the Meijer window, whimpering to run free again. |
