I'm almost finished with it. What a fascinating, informative read. I will never eat at McDonald's or drink a Coke again.

I've heard of this and wanted to pick it up. I'll be sure to look for it more closely. I'm sure they have tons of copies here in France.

It looks very interesting. I'll have to give it a shot.

I remember reading excerpts from this book in Rolling Stone a year or two back (at least it sounds like this book). About how the average fast food hamburger is made up of the beef of 50 cows. It was interesting (and revealing) reading but kinda goes under the Hotdog File for me: Meaning that people always say you'd never eat a hotdog if you knew how it was made... well SCREW THAT! I LOVE HOTDOGS!

Next, you're gonna tell me that HOT POCKETS aren't good for you... now that's just CRAZY TALK!

I don't have a full appreciation for what's in hotdogs, but I know enough to know how disgusting they are, and I try to refrain from eating them. About the only time I eat them is a once-every-other-year kind of thing if I end up at Yesterdog during a visit to GR, and even then they have to be drowned in chili so I'm not tasting too much pig-parts. They are vile.

I like hamburgers but I'm a bit scared of all the saturated fat. Regardless, I almost never eat hamburgers from fast food joints (Wendys being the occasional exception).

This book sounds interesting. However: is it in any way tied to Michael Moore? That guy disgusts me, and he's a crank. If it's Moore-free, I might hear it out.
