Some new shit I added to the site over the past couple days:

- Latest comments: you can now view up to 90 of the latest comments. This was key since the site has had so much activity lately, the latest comments box didn't fit one whole days' worth.

- Clicking on a comment in the latest comments box now jumps you to the comment you clicked on in the list. This is particulary useful if there are a lot of comments, so you don't have to hunt for the one you clicked on.

- Oh, and Chris, I saw that you registered but it probably left you in limbo. That was a bug that I just fixed. But you should be able to log in.

I knew I forgot one. Also, there is a now a "Site Stats" on the main menu which shows you tallies of how much each person has contributed to the site.

- It seems to be working.

I'd like to take the oportunity to say that reading some of comments made here made me laugh so hard it brought tears to my eyes. I especially enjoyed the dialog on "the spice". I was around for a good portion of the terminology used and jackassery covered on this site.

I'll be sure to check in every once-in-a-while and leave my comments.

I am glad Creeko enjoyed "The Spice" commentary. I too am a fan of this quote and was happy to fire up dialog on this nostalgia inducing term.

NEW FEATURE:

I have added the ability to do HTML in comments to the site (for core members only). If you leave the two buttons that say HTML and Plain unclicked, it will default to "Plain", which is what you are used to. However, if you know what you're doing and want to embed HTML tags (bold, italics, embedding images) you can do so by checking the HTML button.
